Do I need to register to make a purchase?

You do not need to create an account to place an order with us. You will have the option to create an account when you check out. 

THE PRODUCT I NEED IS OUT-OF-STOCK. WHAT CAN I DO?

Stock shortages are unfortunate but do happen from time to time. If you are looking for a product that is out of stock on our site, please call us during business hours (8:30 am – 5:00 pm) at 305.371.5551 for availability information or possible alternatives that could be substituted. You can also inquire about an out-of-stock item by sending an email here.

I AM LOOKING FOR A PRODUCT THAT IS NOT ON YOUR WEBSITE. CAN YOU HELP?

We have a large product offering and we are not able to list all of the products we have access to on our website. If you need assistance with an inquiry for an item that is not in our online store, please call us at 305.371.5551 and ask to speak to one of our sales associates. CAN I SAVE MY ORDER FOR A LATER DATE?

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS INCORRECT OR DAMAGED?

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Traeger Brothers accepts returns or exchanges for claims made within 30 days of receipt, unless specifically noted at the time of purchase. All returns require a Return Goods Authorization number in order to be processed. Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Damaged goods are not returnable. Traeger Brothers utilizes multiple shipping services including Parcel Service and LTL Carriers. The appropriate shipping method is determined by the dimensions and weight of the items you ordered. You can specify your preferred shipping method at the time of checkout.

HOW MUCH WILL I BE BILLED FOR SHIPPING?

DO YOU DELIVER LOCALLY?

We offer local delivery for a flat rate in South Florida, Central Florida, or Houston, Texas.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can also track your order via the link emailed to the email address on file when your order was placed.
